4-15-19 Second Chances

God, we praise you for second chances — and for second second chances. Teach us to see your redemption in the people around us. Help us to hope for recovery even when all hope seems lost. And, as we approach the remembrance of your Son’s last earthly week, give us a sense of the darkness that precedes the coming of the light. We ask it in the name of the Christ. Amen.
